We're hiring! Want to be our Specifications Assistant?

Did I mention? Bike-friendly office!
We need help! Come assist two full-time architectural specifiers with document management. You’ll hit the ground running if you work comfortably in Word and Excel and you take direction well.

You’ll learn to edit and compile document sets in Bluebeam Revu, edit specifications text and export documents in e-SPECS, and review and coordinate architectural drawings and specifications. Other office skills such as HTML are a plus and would be put to good use.

Our immediate need is part-time help with deadline-driven document production assistance, through February. We are open to offering more hours and tasks to a person who works well with us.

You need not be an architect or architecture student, but curiosity about how buildings work is a major plus. This position has room for advancement: You could become either an office manager or a specifier, depending on your interests, aptitudes, and goals.

Please see "You Might Be a Specifier" for more information about who we are and what we do. And please consider your cover letter a demonstration of your communications ability - tell me how your school and business experience will contribute to our practice.
